Just been playing around on my new iPhone and accidentally covered the bottom left speaker.... cutting off the sound completely!

The bottom right speaker just doesn't do anything

Checked my gf's iPhone and its the same thing....


Coincidence?

Anyone else got the same problem?

There is only one speaker in the iPhone and its on the left hand side, the hole on the right is the mic

I thought this was the case when i got mine also, but checked some online manual and found out it was the mic.

Seems to be a common misconception
