Incar internet radio use for iphone

I am looking at getting an iphone, I see in the app store there are a few internet radio apps, just wondered if these are any good on 3g, if so could they be used in car streamed through bluetooth? my concern is they would not receive a signal consistently good enough in quality, and any recommended apps if it does work?

The best ones are, imo, ooTunes and WunderRadio. Both work perfectly well walking around (London), though you'd really have to suck it and see if you're driving.

Thanks UEF, it looks like it is possible, will have to try it, there are some bad comments about wunder radio on the app store though.

Yeah, but as with all commenting systems, the people who have problems say so and those who don't tend to just get on with it. Give it a go

That's always the problem, I am about to order the phone, so hopefully get the wunder radio in a few days.

Ive never had a problem with WunderRadio and its even better recently as you can now use alot of stations over 3G

Are there uk stations on there? and is it live?

Yeah all the BBCs and others are on both programs. Fully live (less a few secs digital delay of course)
