iphone 3G os 3.0

the clock icon NEVER UPDATES - never shows the right time

jailbroke or not it doesnt ever move - the hands etc ?

if i chnge theme the icon changes but again the time is always 10:15

any ideas ?
a setting ?

if i install liveclock it works then but that makes the icon not change with any theme

any help appreciated people

The clock icon is not supposed to move or update. The only ones that changes is the date icon on the calendar.

It does not move, the only way it does is if it's jailbroken with 'live clock' installed.

Not all themes have the skinned liveclock icon included so it's a bit hit and miss whether you will get it or not. Other than that I think you'd probably have to make your own icon to fit the theme.

I installed Live Clock with the Buuf2 theme and ended up with hands that moved - but were too big for the clock face. It looked awful so I dropped it. AFAIK jailbreaking is the only way to get moving clock hands.
