Animations on the lock screen or as ringtones?

Anyone tried to get this type of anmation on their lock screen or as a ringtone?

Hi No1Joker,

It seems what you are being shown, is a screensaver. I wouldn't recommend them, as they are animated, and will drain your iPhones battery, like crazy!
