All calls going direct to voice mail

As per title, all of a sudden, all my calls are going directly to voicemail. I have a 2g phone on Tmobile (contract) running 3.0 s/ware and unless I have inadvertently pressed the wrong setting somewhere, I have no idea why this is happening.
Would appreciate if someone can give me some urgent advice please

If you can't find anything on the phone, give TMobile customer services a call. This setting is often held at the network end, rather than the phone, so they should be able to check and reset if needed.

I had this when I first unlocked my 3g on vodafone.

I googled it and can't fully remember.

I think I dialled the code *#21# press call button, then try.

The code maybe wrong but I found the answer through google

Sorted thanks, I just did another jailbreak and it cleared the problem. Still have not got a clue what caused it though.

I had had this on my unjailbroken 3g after update had to call o2 in the end. They gave me some long number with # & * keys to ring & got it sorted. So I think it maybe a bug in the update
