Nike+ Sensor

Anyone used these with the 3GS or even with an ipod and can vouch for them being any good or not - cannot seem to find out much about them?

Obviously I still need to do the running grrr but are they accurate - do they add any useful info etc?

Re: Nike+ Sensor

Just downloaded the Run Keeper Running app for free which looks to be even better than Nike+ using GPS rather than the less than accurate shoe sensor the Nike system uses. You can then see a route of your run and even alter the route if the GPS wasn't 100% spot on with your location (using www.runkeeper.com)

Got the Nike+ system with my Nano but yet to try it with the iphone.

I use the Nike + sensor and to be honest its quite accurate, I find it useful if you are just running in the gym to be honest as it tracks your pace, time and how far you have done and its really easy to link it up with the Nikeplus website where you can enter challenges etc. I think the other Apps mentioned maybe more useful if your running on roads etc, not sure what they are like for GPS signal and battery use maybe someone can comment.

I'm going to give runkeeper a try tonight over about 45 minutes so will post back with results.

Re: Nike+ Sensor

I use the Nike + with a nano and think it's great, tells you how far you have run and how far left to go with a count down for the last 400 M. The website keeps a track of your runs and total mileage, It also has famous athletes congratulate you when you have run the furthest...

It's kept me running when other times I might have given up.

I use it for running on the road.

Re: Nike+ Sensor

Has anyone got runkeeper pro?

I have ordered the nike+ sensor, but was wondering if runkeeper pro is better?
