I jailbroke and installed make it mine then changed my carrier name to something other than o2-uk - then i bought a 3gs and did a restore so all the data was intact and am resisting jailbreaking this unit - see other threads....however my carrier name is still what it was when I jailbroke - is it only possible to change this back via jailbreaking and makingitmine then unjailbreaking?

I never realised that making it mine changed the operator perminantly.
Was gonna change mine to something funny but I think I'll pass now
