I'm having a major issue with apps showing on my itunes account but not transferring onto my iphone 3g,

I JB and used ultrasn0w and all worked fine but had a few niggles that lead me to restore my phone last night. Then when I restored and prior to JB'ing and putting ultrasn0w on all my games apps have not transferred across and few other apps,

I've checked my settings on itunes and I have set it to sync all apps and everything is checked, I also notice that on the top of the itunes it says installing ...... app and gives the appearance of transferring across but once the sync has finished I'm left with about 20-25 apps missing...

Am I doing something wrong ? is there a fix or way to manually transfer each app ?

Go into Settings-General-Restrictions and enable them,it will ask you to create a passcode. Go back to your Springboard and then back into Settings and disable restrictions.
Worked for me with a similar problem with Winterboard.
