I am going to be visiting the glasgow apple store.

Its at 147 Buchanan Street , G1 2JX

I was wondering if I drove there is there anywhere to park nearby for free? also is there any chance of getting parked, won't be really full etc?

Don't think so. Whenever I'm in Glasgow I usually park at the multi-story car park next to bus station. It's right behind Buchanan Galleries and not too bad cost wise.

No nearby free parking but Buchanan Galleries not far away. You should have no problem parking there.

Could always park at an underground and take the subway to Buchanan street as well.

there are very few places in glasgow where you can park for free these days. The car park at the Buchanan galleries is probably your best option nearby. There are a few places in the west end where you can park free around Byres road - so you could park there and take the underground from Hillhead into Buchanan Street.

Are you saying that you are going to spend a sheload of ca$h on an iPhone, but are worrying about car park charges?

Far be it from me to say what a lot of people are thinking, (does not want to pay a couple of pounds to park??) Tight? Maybe, confusing, certainly! Especially when you are going to spend £££ on an iphone!!!
