iPhone photo sync issue

Ok, so here's my problem. I initially had a PC, which I synced some selected photos to. I have since bought an iMac and now sync the iPhone to that instead but chose not to sync any photos, as I guessed it would delete the existing ones from my phone. I'm not sure if I've got copies of these on my old PC anymore. Is there any way I can get these back off of my iPhone and onto the iMac without jailbreaking?
