Can anyone tell me where 'Notes' sync to? I'm a macbook and MobileMe user and the notes section on mail.app is blank but i have loads of notes on my iphone...

Have you actually set iTunes to sync your notes?

Mine appear fine in Mail.

My Notes on my iPhone syncs perfectly with Notes in Outlook 2007 which I use for mail and calendars etc.

Yeah the box to sync notes is checked but I can't make them appear on my MacBook

If you have a Mac they appear in the mail application under the "Mailboxes" column - where all the smart mailboxes, drafts etc are.

Thanks for the input but I tried for 2 hours to get it working last night following some advice on the apple discussion forums and got nowhere. I give up with it - I just hate it when I know something isn't working correctly but I don't know why...

I know how you feel, I have given up on find my iPhone - just can't get it to work and we all have a limit that we hit and say enough - I have given this too much time already.

I hope you eventually get if fixed somehow, I use notes a lot - very useful.

I'm using OL2003 on Vista Business, and Exchange Server. iTunes is ticked to sync Notes.

The Notes on the phone are nowhere to be found in OL.

Mail, calendars and contacts all sync perfectly with Exchange OTA, and always have done.

It's probably no coincidence that OTA sync settings for those are set under the email account properties on the phone, whereas there's no sync settings for Notes on the phone (at least that I've found).
