Has anyone managed to get slingplayer to work over 3g?

I downloaded tricker3g from cydia but i cant even see it as an icon on my screen. therefore, how do i get it to load so that i can watch my slingplayer?

If it helps im on 02?

Ok guys, i got it working with tricker 3g. Looks like you dont need to do anything as it just loads.

However, the slingplayer has totally stopped working iwth tricker3g now. just says it is unable to connect to the slingplayer when im outside a wifi zone.

Any ideas?

I had similar problems, turned out I had to turn off upnp and forward the ports to the internal IP of my slingbox myself. Not sure of your probs stem from the same cause, but thought I would mention it.

I thought Slingplayer was only available over wi-fi at the moment ??

If you have a jailbroken phone then you can use tricker3g to access the slingplayer over 3g or edge

Just need to work out why i can no longer do it
