If you haven't got any more emails, apart from the first standard one, it's possible the order is "lost".

They can't find my order number on the system, and I am guessing that their early pre-erder page may have had some bugs. They've not taken any money, heard nothing from O2, my local pickup CPW don't know about it and nor do the head office customer services.

I ordered off mobiles.co.uk instead to take advantage of the quidco. Hopefully I won't have two turn up!
