Well since it cannot film in HD then it probably isn't legit... Or at least whats being shown here isn't true HD.

I don't think HD necessarily means the same thing on YouTube, in some cases it just means it's a higher quality video for those with a better net connection. If it is indeed legitimite I'm damn impressed.
