my iphone 3g has a stress crack near the dock so i have a genious app tonight, but i have fw 3.0 on my phone im not a dev, should i cancel and rebook for tomorrow or will they not help me tonight if i say im a dev if they ask cheers

press and hold home screen button AND on/off til a slide bar comes on screen to turn off. Then turn on again
That will do a factory reset.
