iTunes over 3G
Ok, I'm in the US on AT&T but I'm just wondering if the same thing applies in the UK on O2....

I just went to download a podcast from the iTunes store and I got a message saying "file is over 10MB, you need to be connected via WiFi to download". Is this a limitation set by Apple or by the carrier?
