Backing up jailbreak apps for use on a new iPhone?

Backing up jailbreak apps for use on a new iPhone?
I'm soon upgrading to a 3GS and have loads of apps through Cydia and Installous. I don't want to have to install everything again from scratch when I jailbreak my new device, is there a way of backing everything up so I can easily reinstall on the new handset?

Discussion of such apps (obtained illegally) is forbidden and frowned upon on here.
No one is going to help you on this subject i'm afraid.

Really? Seems bizarre, why else would anyone jailbreak their phone? Why even have a forum dedicated to it?

Theres plenty of reason to Jailbreak your phone apart from using cracked apps, thread closed.
