In Cydia add Source: http://apt.dmytro.me/

Then search USB DRIVE - Install this.

After that start the App.

1.Drive+ITunes = Syncable with Itunes and use as USB Drive
2.Default = Only Iphone without USB Drive
3.Only Drive = Only USB Device with no Sync with Itunes.
