Unable to run appstore apps after jail break

Im unable to run apps downloaded from appstore since restoring with custom 3.1.2 firmware, the apps open then close again before i can do anything. Apps from cydia and a certain ipa installer work fine. Uninstalling and installing from scratch doesnt help. Has anybody seen this before? I have tried restoring a few times. :-(

Installing a free app as suggested in another post did not help, even the new apps close as soon as i run them

as long as there in itunes just resync happened to me a few times. just plug in your iphone and sync and they should all work again

Have you installed VoIPover3G from Cydia?

If so, Uninstall it and everything will work fine.

No VoIPover3G installed..

I have deleted all the applications, etc in iTunes now, restored and started from scratch.. Hopefully I dont encounter this problem again, its a right pain in the backside... The legit stuff stops working, the not so legit stuff works fine.. huh.

its happened to me a few times a quick sync sort it every time. just make sur ethe apps are in itunes and 10 secs later they all re open after the sync if it happens again

Mine just refused to run any apps apart from the standard one (and cydia/winterboard/SBSettings...). Luckily I had backed up my phone in iTunes with all the apps, so I just restored (from iTunes backup, not the firmware) and all working fine again now

Mines gone the same. I can restore them in itunes but I have a lost all my saves

Try just doing a resync with iTunes rather than a restore as mentioned further up in the thread ?

Another method seems to be downloading a free app from the appstore.

I'd try both before doing a full restore in iTunes. Obviously don't do a backup in iTunes now as I think it only keeps the latest backup (unless you know where the file is stored and copy it elsewhere before overwriting).
