Help, all apps gone!

I have just experienced the weirdest thing ever. When I clicked on any aoo on the springboard nothing happened. So i rebooted the iphone and they have all gone! Everything apart from MIM, which was installed of Cydia. So it has only happened to the appstore apps.

What the heck has happened? Has anyone else ever had this?
