Contacts From Google To Itunes????

Hi guys,

I've been running a Google G1 for the past year and have everything backed up on my I-Google page.

When im inside my google page i have a small tab called "contacts". If i click this it list all the people i have in my phone book. At the top of the page it says i can export all contacts in a couple of different file types.

I follow the onscreen instructions and create a back up file to my desktop.

When i try and import my contacts into itunes (to put onto my new iphone) its only copying my own number and details across so my iphone now has 1 number being my own!!!!

I really dont want to sit there all day copying names 1 at a time if i can help it.

Can anyone assist?????

Re: Contacts From Google To Itunes????

You don't have to do any exporting or importing to sync your Google contacts with your iPhone (as long as you are running OS 3.0 and above).

See here: Google Sync : Set Up Your iPhone or iPod Touch - Mobile Help
