Same music files sync on my iphone all the time

Hi wondering if anyone has this problem on their iPhone (I have a 3G on OS 3.0)

Everytime I sync my iPhone, some of my music is copied onto it everytime it used to be 30 or so songs being copied up but now it's over 100 and it's slowing down my sync times.

These are the same songs over and over again and I haven't removed them or changed the details on them. I can literally sync, unplug my iphone then plug it back in and sync again and I will have the same 100 songs being copied onto my Phone again.

Anyone else have this problem and have a fix?

I get this every time with 7 Offspring songs!

Yeah I wasn't too bothered when it was only a couple of songs, (it was mildly annoying!) But now it's over 100 songs it's taking much longer time!

Anyone have a fix for this?
