Iphone & HSBC Monilink App

Thought i'd give this a try. Having sent the text (s) to HSBC i'm yet to hear anything from them. Surely this application is compatible with the iPhone. Heres hoping others have got it working and its something i'm doing wrong (quite how wrong you can just by having to send a little text though is beyond me )

EDIT: Just spoke to MONILINK direct who have just launced the app for RBS / Natwest banking and they informed me that an HSBC app would follow in January. I think HSBC need to change thir website by the looks of it.

We're almost into April now and I don't think there is an official HSBC app out still, unless I'm mistaken - ?

I used the 'Contact Us' section on the Monilink website and got the following reply:
