I know there is already a thread about this application but it seems many are having problems, I recieved the 3 month free code from o2 and downloaded this application, registered with sky and got an Id username, all seemed ok, started the application put in the username and password, clicked sky sports 1 and got a message not subcriber/subscribe now ok I click subscribe and my web browser opens and your given 2 options, 1 update your account if you click this your displayed a screen saying you have not paid for any services and let's you go to sky home page (which is no use) and the other option is subcribe and this gives you the option to input all your payment details and address (your name is already filled in) but when you click paynow you are given a warning message saying (your email is already registered to this account) and your details don't go through.

It seems many users are having a similar problem, I called sky who said they would get back to me with a fix , that was 2 days ago and no call back yet, that's why I started this thread so we can sort out issues with this which promises to be a great app.

hi mate i had same prob when i got sky app did not work then i put in the code again last night to try it to get 3 months free and it worked fine so maybe you could try thatre type in prom code
