Itunes crashed after downloading an app - but "initialising" app

and now I can't download it as it says no purchases haven't been downloaded - and it doesn't show up in my app list or on my IPOD.

thanks apple

any ideas please ? Apples support area is sooo slow at the moment - taking ages to open up each page.

I don't understand how Itunes is not intelligent enough to see that its not on my apps list - therefore hasn't downloaded properly ....

Not sure if it's related but I've had a strange problem with iTunes which is now resolved. A couple of days ago, when I clicked on Check for Updates under Applications, it showed me that 3 of my apps had updated versions available.

I then told iTunes to update all of them but it kept erroring out. I couldn't work out why. Anyway, yesterday, it told me that a newer version of iTunes (9.0.2) was available. Downloaded and installed the latest version and fired it up.

The first thing it did was prompt me that the License Agreement had changed and that I need to accept the new agreement before using the app. Accepted that (after reading it in full of course ) and tried updating my apps again. Surprise surprise, this time it worked flawlessly.

Try updating iTunes to 9.0.2 and see if this fixes your problem. Good luck.

Cheers
