Photo syncing over wifi/3g?

Photo syncing over wifi/3g?
Is there an app available that will automatically (or at set intervals) sync the photos taken over wifi/3g either over ftp, or with online services such as flickr, etc.

No? I though the ad says there is an app for everything?
