I've got Sky sports score centre.

However I don't like keeping it running as I'm not sure how accurate it is (ie how often it refreshes) and it takes a while to load up when I want to check

Is there something that would just send me a message when the scores change? Something with push notifications?

Anything through the app store or cydia will be considered.

I use Goooal2009 and its brill. Had lots of (very pleasing) updates today, and one not so pleasing (malouda goal). Its not a very flash app, but it certainly seems to do what it promises, and very well too.

Push messages seemed to come through around 2 mins before the skysports app updated too!!

another vote for gooooal its way way quicker than ifooty. I had both running and ifooty was poor
