Any Decent Music Sequencing Apps?

Hey guys, apologies if this has been asked before although I did a search and checked the FAQ's.
I'm a keyboard player and wanted to know if there are any decent music sequencing apps for the iPhone.
I was hoping there might be one that incorporates the piano, guitar and drums as virtual displays so that I can add parts in real time.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated since I still can't make my mind up whether I want an iPhone, N97 or Omnia HD. This would go some way to swinging my decision in the way of the iPhone.
