Tioti+ remote record prob

I have sky+ and tioti+ on my iPhone. I much prefer the tioti+ interface but the record button never works. I get the following error message:

Received error response from Sky. Please make sure that you can remote record from the Sky web site before trying again

With the Sky+ app, remote record works fine

Any ideas why tioti+ remote record doesn't work?

Works fine for me, as you mentioned it works fine with the sky app I would advise to delete and reinstall tioti app

Thanks - tried that but it still doesn't work

I wonder if the fact that the sky+ app works and tioti+ app doesn't is related - ie only one of them can work to remote record for any given machine/ account at anyone time?

I had a problem when I first got the tioti app in that the record command would only work over wifi and not 3G, I emailed the makers and they were really helpful. I sent off some info for them and a few days later it worked?!?
Might be coincidence but I was happy.

It asks for Sky username and password - is that the details I use to log onto the Sky website to do remote record from the web?

If so mine doesn't work either over Wifi (its a touch not a phone) and get the same error message.
