File manager apps

Are there any file manager apps i.e. that let you browse the file system on the iPhone, or is this just the domain of jailbroken apps ? I notice one called iStorage that appears to have the functionality, but wasn't impressed by the pigeon English on the description.

I doubt there is, due to the sandboxed nature of iphone apps. However if you are jailbroken, I cant recommend enough iFile, its brilliant. The forthcoming update (due any day) will add so much too. Its one of my fav apps.
