iPod dock adapter in box?
Just got my iphone and thought you got one of those adapters for universal docks but there was nothing in the box! Can anyone confirm if your supposed to get one or not?

the normal iphone dock wont secure it either due to the bevel edges on the 3g

I bought some from the apple shop on Saturday and they don't fit my docking station!

They're just too big all round.

Double check that your docking station adaptor is universal fit.

The OP asked for a dock adapter not a dock, the adapter is just a piece of plastic to allow the iPhone to a music system or similar and is £6 for 3. The dock is a different thing entirely and is indeed £19 not £6
