Running Emule on T-Mobile Broadband

Does anyone know if T-Mobile use port throttling on their mobile broadband service?

The port test fails on my Emule program and I'm unable to download anything.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Are you using a router? If so, you will need to set up port forwarding - this is more likely to be the issue than any ISP interference.

I'm not using any kind of router, just a mobile broadband usb receiver thing.

Thanks for your reply.
