Video sender use ?

I would like to move a TV across a room to a wall on the other side. It is not practical to move all the ariel connections and I would prefer to leave the Skybox and other items DVD HD drive recorder etc where they are now. I was looking in the Aldi catalogue at the Video senders there and it seemed it might be possible to use one of these to enable me to do this. I am no techie but get things done by asking advice and trial and error. Does anyone there know if it would be possible to send the signals to the TV across the room via a switch able Scart or is this only possible with a directTV connection. Any help much appreciated.
