Sharing Sky HD

Any advice appreciated.

I'm moving my HD box into the new extension and would like to feed
a signal back into the living room TV via HDM signal.

The wires would have to go external around the house about 15m.

Any ideas how this could be done - My good lady likes lying on the couch watching strictly come dancing/x-bolox etc and I want to play games on
the new plasma!
