623 Strand Speaker Wire, Worth Much ??

Hi

My mate has around 200 metres of this stuff and it supposedly has 623 Strands

my bell wire has about 7 strands lol. Is it worth much ? he's thinking of selling it on ebay and I might have a few metres off him too.

I tried it up against my bellwire and there was a noticeable improvement. Where as the bellwire sounded very flat the 623 strand stuff was a lot fuller sounding. Its pretty good stuff. I tested them on Canton CD10 satellite speakers.

Nearly anything is a VAST improvement over bell wire, get rid of it ASAP. The trouble with trying to sell it on e-bay is. To buy from the likes of CPC it is cheap these days but the P&P for that cable would be a killer due to the weight.

623 wire? looks more like normal 79 strand to me are there any markigs on the sheath?

No markings on the sheath but was told it was 623 maybe it isn't but looks alot more than 79

I've attached a few pics to look at. Its a shame the zoom isn't very good on my camera
