RGB, or up-scaled S-video, which will be best?

I've a Sony STRDA1200ES amp, HD ready tv and I'm looking for the best way to connect my freeview box.

Which will give the best quality image?

Connecting the freeview box directly to the TV using Scart set to RGB?

Or connecting the Freeview to the amp via a scart to s-video connection and then allowing the amp to upscale the signal to HD?

Thanks in advance

Hello cdaniels

SCART RGB is most likely the best option.
