Which gives better picture quality: S-Video or SCART?

I want to record from my SKY HD to my DVD Recorder and I want to know which cable will get me better picture quality?

An S-Video cable or a SCART Cable? Those are my only two cable options unfortunately.

RGB over scart will be better than S-Video. S-video is only a two core cable chrominance and luminance, whereas RGB Scart is multicore, with the importance being placed on seperate cores for red, green, blue and a 4th for sync, meaning better definition and colour. Fully wired (21pin) scarts can also control automatic aspect ratio switching and AV channel switching (when you turn the box on, the TV automatically switches to that AV input)
