Scart Splitter

I have a dilemma where my girlfriends plasma is an old Panasonic TH42-PWD6 and has only one scart and VGA port. Am currently running my Xbox 360 through the VGA port and Sky + through the scart.
I am however looking to order the Nikkai HQ 5.8 GHz Video Sender kit from Maplins and put my Wii on the plasma too.
So what i am after is a good Splitter that will give me the best picture and sound quality. I have been looking at the Thor HDC 200.. but is there are any other better cost effective solution?
Any help and advice in this matter would be a much appreciated.

Re: Scart Splitter

Well it's not a scart splitter you are after, but a scart switch. A splitter would be 1 input and 2 or more outputs, and what you want is the reverse.

If you only need 2 scart inputs on the switch then I think you will be hard pushed to get a better switch than the JS Technology Master Scart Controller. You also state that you want the best PQ from the Wii and want to use a video sender to connect it to the plasma. However these senders only use composite video signals that are never going to give a good quality image, plus they do pick up a lot of interference. So I would recommend you don't use a video sender if PQ is a requirement.

Mark.
