What type of cable ?

Hi All, i know this is probably a basic question but as i dont know much about this sort of stuff please bare with me, i want to run a cable from the loft and chase it into a bedroom wall in my new house extension so that when i get virgin media to install a new stb in the bedroom all they have to do is connect it up in the loft, i want the cable already in the bedroom because i want to get the walls plastered soon and then decorate etc but what i was wanting to know was what type of cable do virgin use or what cable would be suitable ( do they just use coax? ) if anyone could enlighten me i would really appreciate it, sorry for going on a bit, many thanks bigengines

Thanks Mrbenn, had a look at the cables and going to go for the wf100 twin, sounds like a good choice especially if i decide to change to sky+ at a later date, many thanks.
