Aerial modular socket

I have been running cat 5 sockets in pairs except the front room where at the moment i have gone for 4.

I have double faceplates which are the modular clip in type. Last minute decision i had already run a coax for tv output but pushed a cat 5 through so now would like to change one of the cat5's for a standard aerial socket. But still keeping the same faceplate so it matches.

Can i get the bit i require anywhere???
