Belling Lee connector problem

Hi

We have a Belling Lee like TV connector which doesn't fit the normal TV cable. Anyone knows how to get it connected to a common TV? what kind of cable should I use?

I attached a picture with measurements of this connector.

Thanks

April

PS:
a few questions 1, does Belling Lee mean the same as BNC? 2, what would a common female TV connector be called?

thanks
