HDMI or DVI to Component conversion

Hi,

I've got a component switch box which I paid quite a lot of money for a few years ago. One of these....

NeoPro® - Professional Grade Video Products for Custom Electronics Designers and Installers

I'm currently building an HTPC which will have either an HDMI or DVI output and I need to convert that somehow so I can feed it into the switch. The sound isn't a problem as the switch will accept an optical cable from the PC sound card.

Anyone know the best way to do this?
