Denon AVR3802 or Marantz SR5400 OSE

Hi, i'm new to this forum and i have a quick question

i'm searching for a good used receiver in the price range of about 250-300 euro's (thats about 170-220 pound).
This is because i want to connect my spdif(coax) out from my pc(audigy4 card) to a receiver for my HT system (which will be 5.1 surround under which 2 canton LE190 speakers)
while i was searching i came up with these 2 results:

Denon AVR3802 for 240 euro's
Marantz SR5400 OSE for 300 Euro's

Can anyone help me making a final decision?
ps. and maybe also if this setup is any good or possible even

hi
the denon avr3802 i used to own is very good cinema/music amp only got rid for a amp with the latest surrounds
i sold mine for about £200 cost me £700 when it came out
its also got multi channel ins for connection of the new hd/bluray players so you can listen to the new surrounds
i think the denon is the better bet at that price
