Hi All,

After playing with my hero that was delivered yesterday, I have a few questions:

1. Why does the weather App not show the weather in real time and not my location?

2. Barcode scanner, whilst using this it never finds the product, with whatever product I scan. Am I doing something wrong?

I will probably have more questions but this is it so far.

Im no overly technical, so please go easy

You need network access for both those apps, so make sure your wifi or mobile network is active.
