Hmm, I'm stumped mate.

I'll have another look at it later this week.

Cheers

Hi, did you manage to find a solution to your problem? I have just bought the Prof 7301 and i'm experiencing exactly the same issues as yourself.

i'm getting multiple instances of about 3 or 4 channels and an apparent lack of signal in W7MC although I have very good signal/quality level indicated in other programs.

I am receiving over 400 FTA channels including the 3 HD correctly in other viewing apps

Im desperately looking for a solution, I have read lots of good things about this card but if it doesn't work in Media Center then I have to find one that does.

Thanks

Sorry, no I've not been back to try anything else.

I do plan on putting card back in and using 3rd party (ProgDVB or something) instead.

I had an issue with ATI card not playing back HD recorded streams properly, but they've managed to fix that so it's at least worth some effort to get it working with alternative to MCE now...so once I get some time to mess about I'll get that set up.

I did a quick check on driver status for this card and the (still beta) x64 driver hasn't been updated at all, guess it's unlikely to be either.

Can I ask where you ordered your 7301 from please?

I ordered mine from their main site, I've paid, but I've not heard anything back? You mentioned yours arrived quickly

Regards,

I got mine from the prof tuners website, i experienced a 2 week delay due to the volcanic ash situation but a quick email to them and the supplied me with a tracking number. I have however sold mine now because I couldn't get it to work with wmc7 at all, it worked fine with progdvb etc but not media center. I have since purchase a tbs 6980 dual tuner and I'm pleased as punch with it.

I'd try emailing prof, they seemed helpful when I contacted them.

Yeah, mine arrived pretty quick, so I'd just e-mail them.

I've not been back since so mine's going up for sale as well.

Did you get it working in Win7 Media Center x64 OK or are you just using x86?

I ordered via 'shopdvb.com', a former subsidiary of Prof-tuners/Tenower. It turns out shopdvb.com has parted ways, but because the payment went to Prof-tuners/Tenower, they've refunded me and said that the site should not be used.

If anyone's selling theirs and wants a quick sale, could I purchase it from you, pretty please?

Thanks for the offer. I managed to speak to the actual manufacturers in China who've managed to source me two direct from their warehouse.

Thanks once again!

I got it working after all! It's only taken 6 months

I used DVBLink - not only does it work, I now have the tuning available to the PC in my bedroom and web streaming over internet. Fantastic product so far...

DVBLogic - provider of digital streaming connectivity solutions

It takes a bit of configuring, couple little bits of areas need improving in channel selection (encrypted channels can't be turned off all in one go and have to be done one at time). But this has been a fairly pain free installation of it - wish I'd found this earlier!!
