USB Bluetooth S3 Resume Issue

OS is WIndows 7 32bit

Ive had an issue for a while now with my bluetooth adapter plugged into a usb port. on resume from sleep it quite often comes up with device not recognised. The only fix is to take it out and plug it back in again, this is very annoying as my mouse works off it. ANyone else seen this issue?

Possibly!

I have two HTPC's and they both have usb bluetooth adaptors to operate a lenovo mouse/keyboard combos, and I've had no problems with either of them resuming from sleep. In fact, I use the lenovo to wake them up sometimes.

There are USB 'selective suspend' settings in power settings you could try fiddling with. You could also try enabling 'allow this device to wake computer from sleep' in device manager power settings for the usb hub.

That's all I've got - good luck

thought id tried the allow this device to wake up from sleep, also set the bluetooth to start automatically rather than manual in device manager/services. Which adapter are you using maybe i buy a new one?

I have a Lenovo N5901 and a Lenovo N5902 like this:

Lenovo Multimedia Remote Keyboard N5902: Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories

They both came with their own USB adapters... oh and I have just realised that they probably aren't bluetooth..

Sorry
