A new way of delivering sound using flat speaker could be used in audio posters and make for clearer PA systems.

Quite possibly not a joke ,

Flat material speakers have around for at least 10 years, all suffer from the same basic problem , they cannot do bass , best effort so far has a lower cut-off of 200hz , and subs are not so good at covering that high.
