Purveyor of high-quality Universal DVD upscalers, Oppo, has shown the world’s first standalone Super Audio CD compatible Blu-ray player at the CEDIA Expo in Denver. The brand’s BDP-83 is certain to beat Sony’s first dedicated SACD BD player, tentatively scheduled for 2009, to market. Oppo says that its model will be a Profile 2.0 machine and will feature ABT 2010 de-interlacing and scaling silicon for both DVD and Blu-Ray discs. read more » |

So if it's $700 I guess it will be around £500-£600 here, yes? That's too much for me
