The show officially opens Monday and as I post this we are gearing up for the ever busy show floors to talk in-depth with those who matter in the world of AV. Please note that although this is the premier CE show in the world, it would appear that WiFi is not a strong point at all in Vegas. Possibly because they want you in the casinos and not your hotel room editing podcasts! However, I will do my very best to bring you everything that happens as soon as I can, from what is turning out to be a very busy CES 2008.

NOTE Even though it's a tech show, getting internet access has been a real pain, please be patient while we try to fix these issues.

Shouldn't you have through about that weeks before?, i.e Pocket PC phone with UMTS connection?

I would have thought that, on the contrary, being a technical show, the last thing Phil would needed to have thought about was that he might have problems getting internet access.

Internet access was a real issue in the major hotels, I guess they want you in the casinos and not in your room putting together Podcasts
