| News Supplying Robot |  Acer acquires Gateway in multi-million dollar deal
Taiwan-based PC and CE maker Acer is to acquire rival Gateway for 710 million dollars. The transaction is expected to be completed by December, provided it clears anti-trust inspection. The merger is likely to create cost savings for the combined company worth 150 million dollars. More... |
